Event Itinerary

  • Teams should arrive in the Space Coast area June 30th.
  • POOL PLAY GAMES WILL START AS EARLY AS 8 AM ON JULY 1ST
  • Event Itinerary
    • June 30th 1pm –4pm Team check-in if you cannot make team check in you must notify Steve Hassett prior to June 30th. One coach / Team Mom, no players. Please have printed out your online roster and a copy of your player birth certificates.  Team coaches passes, three (3), and team cooler tag, one (1), will be distributed at check in.  Location – Viera High School 6103 Stadium Pkwy, Melbourne, Fl 32940

Opening ceremonies, Skills Comp, Parade of teams

Skills Comp10am – 3pm Open registration to all players $25 per competition. Winners of each competition will have their choice of a new Easton Hype Bat or Rawlings Heart of the Hide Glove. Player may only enter one time per Skill Comp – Home Run Derby, Golden Arm, Road Runner

Opening ceremonies, Pin Trading & Parade of teams at Viera Regional Park. 2300 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Melbourne FL 32940

  • Food Trucks and DJ Set up – 2:30pm – 5pm
  • Open Pin Trading – 3pm-4pm
  • Parade Staging – 4:30pm field 1
  • Parade – 5pm field 2
  • Welcome – To follow parade field 2
    • July 1st – 3rd – Pool play games
    • July 4th – Bracket play begins
    • July 5th – Semifinals into Championship Games
