Easton Elite World Series – Bring On The Brackets – 10U

SPACE COAST COMPLEX, MELBOURNE, FL – 4 Teams land at the top of the standings with 3-0-0 records in the 10U Division.

Team Extreme 10U, Nebraska Prime Nationals, Scorpions and MOJO Baseball Gold lead the 10U division into bracket play. Each of these teams will receive a bye into the 2nd round of bracket play.

Team Extreme had a team total of 24 hits 8 2Bs and 20 SB leading to a team run scored average of 9. Bryan Gonzales hit .667 going 4-for-6 with 2 2Bs, 4 RBIs, 2 SB scoring 3 R and a 1.000 SLG%.

Nebraska Prime Nationals will go into the next round as the #2 seed. The Nationals averaged 10 runs scored per game allowing 4. Wyatt Haveman went 6-for-7 at the plate plating 4 R and 4 RBI. Haveman provided support on the bases with 8 stolen bags for Nebraska.

The Scorpions came to Melbourne looking to add an Easton Elite World Series title to their belt. Going 3-0-0 in pool play is the exact start they need in order to do so. They also know they need help from guys like Landin Britton. Britton hit a staggering .750 going 3-for-4 with 1 2B and 1 SB scoring 3 R. Like any good offense, you need good defense to back it up. Brady Dibiase was just what the doctor ordered. Dibiase threw 5.0 IP allowing 1 earned run striking out 6 giving up just 1 hit.
