We want to emphasize the profound impact that coaches have on young athletes. You serve as mentors, role models, and sources of inspiration. Through your guidance and mentorship, you have the power to instill values such as teamwork, discipline, perseverance, and sportsmanship in these young individuals, which will benefit them not only in their baseball journeys but also throughout their lives.

Coaching Requirements

Mandatory Group Message Channel

The biggest complaint we receive from parents with individual events is from the communication from the coaches. You will be required to create a group message with all Parents within 1 week of receiving your rosters. In addition to the parents, you will need to include the following number in this group message: 630-864-7869 and 727-692-0834. This will help us ensure that everyones experience prior to showing up is consistent.

Coaches Social

We will have a meeting early Friday morning for all coaches. While this is not mandatory it is strongly recommended. This is where you will receive your coaches items and we will go through some important details. It will last roughly 30-45 minutes.

Mandatory Zoom Meetings

We will have a mandatory meeting on October 2nd. The invitation and details are on the bottom of the page.
Here are the times:
East Coast – 8pm
Central – 7pm
Mountain – 6pm
West Coast – 5pm

Role Model

It is important that you understand that you’re a role model. This event is to help bring out the best in each player and not make them have any negative feeling. The experience for this event will start with the coaches and we need you to be positive and fun from the very moment you meet them.
