Good Afternoon:
Welcome to the First ever Walton County, and the City of Freeport USSSA event.
We are excited about our partnership with the county and the city, and looking forward to an exciting weekend.
To start the City of Freeport is hosting its annual rodeo Saturday evening, and wanted to make sure we invited EVERYONE to come on out. here is the link for the rodeo

There will be concessions at all 3 facilities , as well as several specialty vendors with everything from icees, crepes, and other goodies.
the parks Rec programs are running the concessions, so please no coolers.
Entry fee for the weekend will be $15 per day or $25 for the weekend pass.
children 12 and under are free
3 coaches bands per team are included.
We pushed out the email for the app earlier in the week. if you already have it great.
IF you do not, please do so ASAP. Also if someone on your team is not getting these emails, please share with them so they are in the know should we have weather , delays, something lost, or anything else that immediate notification will make a difference.
Please also help us this weekend with park entry. We realize these complexes are wide open, and will require staff to be walking around to confirm that fans have their wrist bands on.
We ask that you wear them, and make them visible, so we do not ask someone who already has a band for entry.
Its a small inconvenience but we feel is well worth it to bring USSSA to Walton County and the City of Freeport.
