with the current rain coming in and the status of several fields the city has said they will not be able to get the fields ready for play today. unfortunately we will have to cancel the reaming games and award champions and finalists based on highest renewing seeds in each division. We need each head coach for the following teams to please go to the entrance to fields F&G (flounder and grouper ) to pick up your team award and players rings 12u Gold- pipeline prime and Panama City mavericks 12u silver -canes fl panhandle and traveling eagles 11u AA- traveling eagles and WFBA 10u gold - traveling eagles and 5 star gulf coast levins 10u silver -knuckleheads and legends 9u AA Tallahassee heat and Klutch We appreciate everyone's patience as we tried to make sure all games were played but in the end the weather won. games at ft walton beach Preston hood complex field 10 will resume shortly. Players are warming up now. Field 9 at Preston hood we are working with the city to find an eta to starting back up. Morgan sports complex you are still in a lightning delay. Please stay in your vehicles.

we are currently 1 hour and 20 min into the delay. Radar suggests that the bulk of the bad weather has passed. Coaches have been reaching out asking if we will try and finish the event. We are committed to that. We do however have to wait out the lightning delay. We are going to give it another 40 min to see if we have a path to finish the event. Thanks for your patience

so far fields are holding up and we are going to give it another 30 min or so to see if this storm line is going to split up move out and give us an opportunity to finish.

with pending weather tomorrow later afternoon we have moved up start times for brackets and ask that all teams do their best to get on and off fields to help allow all games to be played before the weather. As of now we are keeping same game time limits. Last pool play games are under way for this evening and we will get brackets released asap we look forward to another great day of baseball tomorrow.
