7:05PM - Well there appears to be a window to get these games moving again. We are hopeful that we can complete the event. Radar does indicate a lot more weather moving in but we are hopeful that it breaks up. Full transparency, we will at some point have to consider how this will affect those that are travelling to distant locations. Thank you all again for hanging in there with us.

6:55PM Update. Obviously we are dealing with more weather. Our main office is in contact with the facility and are determining the feasibility of being able to complete the event. We will make a determination shortly and ask that you all remain patient as we go through this process. If by chance we end up canceling the event, Managers will be asked to report to Tournament Central in the Complex if you are winning awards. We will let you all know shortly what the plan is and we thank you for your patience. Remember, many families are travelling from all over the State of Florida this evening and that will weigh on some of the decision making. Thanks again.

As of 12:24PM we are back into a lightning delay. Please exit the complex and return to your vehicles. Please do not leave the area because as soon as we get the all clear we will be returning to game play as fast as possible. We thank you all for your understanding and cooperation as we try to navigate this Florida weather. We will update you as things change.

11:30AM Update: Well, Mother Nature feels we need another break so we are currently in a rain delay. As of now there is no lightning detection but we are in Florida and that could change. For now, just a rain delay. Stay safe and try to stay dry. We will notify you if and when this changes. Thank you again for your patience.

WIth the delays already today and the impeding wet forecast we will be shortening game times to 90 minute time limits with Championship games staying at 2 hours. This of course could be adjusted as appropriate. We thank you all for your understanding. Florida weather is Florida weather. Let's PLAY BALL!!!!

As of 9:15AM we are still in a weather delay. We will let you all know as things change. Please refrain from calling, texting or emailing the directors as that takes them away from working on the event. Everyone will be notified in a timely fashion when things change. Even if the lightning goes all clear does not mean the game will begin with the rain. We will send out notification when you are able to return to the fields. Thank you all again for your continued patience.
