There are links that do not show up on the app, and we have folks emailing in looking for the info cause it isnt on the app. The app is great for real time notifications, but doesn't have the buttons or links that the actual site does.
Dri fits orders are closed. if you got one, perfect, just head over to the merch tent anytime during the event to pick them up.
If you didnt get one we have a few (2-3) in a couple sizes as we were required by the supplier to round out a few numbers.
These will be available first come first serve at the merch tent. We will be there starting Tuesday at skills competition.
Skills competition will close soon, as some age groups are about sold out, and we only have so much space and time.
Schedules will be released at the coaches meeting next Sunday 6/21 @7pm CST
Coaches you will get a separate email next week with that info.

Dri Fits that were ordered, can be picked up at the merch tent any day during the event starting at skills competition Tuesday June 23rd
Online orders are CLOSING TOMORROW night.
Did yo get your player cards? If not see your team manager/owner as they have the link for you, and time is ticking.
Easton Rawlings will be on site all days including skills competition offering sick trade ins, and deals for all participants in the event. Please feel free to stop by their hit lab and check it out.
Schedules will be released at the coaches meeting. We know everyone is excited and wants to see who and when they play.
Our policy has always been to release at the coaches meeting so we can go over important items with all of the team managers/owners.
Please make sure the manager/owner is in attendance, we will send the link to you directly. this will be a REMOTE meeting
We will tell you from a scheduling standpoint, we ALWAYS start games at 8am, and try to get EVERYONE in and out of the park as early as possible so you can enjoy the area.
Day 1 of pool play is always the longest, but weather could change that and we will make adjustments to allow ALL games to be played.
We do not take schedule requests, and all matchups are based on points, with an occasional correction based on geography, as we know you dont want to travel across the country to play a team up the road.
We award World Series Rings to champions, 2nd and 3rd place for ALL brackets.
This ALSO will be a 3 MVP coin event, which means each team will have 3 players recognized and will receive the cove

Good Morning
We have had a few questions about gate passes, VS buying them daily. Yes ALL teams will play Saturday (4 days) , and when the brackets are released you will see in most cases it is ONLY 1-2 teams from each bracket who are eliminated from playing on Sunday.
However the REAL value, if you have never been to this park, is that there is a road gate both ways into the facility.
IF EVERYONE in the car has a weak band there is a line that we wave you in. NO WAIT, EASY!!
IF not, you will have to stop and buy bands, and it can sometime back up, which will take a while to get into the park. its not a big deal, but some folks mention they wish they knew that before.
We are sharing the cheat code with you now.
Yes if your team makes it to Sunday you got a deal, but regardless having the weeklong pass makes entry quick.
We will also share with you that there will be a LONG line to purchase these bands at skills competition. SAVE yourself the aggravation and preorder so that you can pick them up at tables based on your last name.
These weeklong bands can only be purchased online, or in person at the skills competition June 23rd.The bands can also only be picked up on JUNE 23rd at skills competition.
Speaking of skills comp we have a couple events that are almost sold out, We only have so much time and space.
Again we do not accept walkups for skills comp and must be signed up on line

Hello and welcome to the
USSSA PENSACOLA BEACH WORLD SERIES WEEK 2
We will begin to communicate with Everyone through this channel over the next several months leading up to this spectacular event.
As a reminder deposits, or payment in full is due by Feb 22nd
We have begun the process of designing the SWAG for the players, as well as our custom event dri fit.
We also have announced that we are including for all players a set of trading cards for them to trade with other players in the event from all over the country.
Every year players mingle at opening ceremonies and trade team pins.
it's a highlight of the event.
This year we have (we think) created a way to take this to the next level with trading cards.
To make it happen, We are actually including a set of trading cards FREE for every player in the event to highlight them and who they are.
Players from all teams will receive these cards, to trade them with other players , and have a real trading card they can collect like any other baseball cards.
Pins are great, BUT Imagine you traded cards with the next Shohei Ohtani or Bryce Harper, or even made a baseball friend in a different land.
how cool that would be?
Players can collect them throughout the event, and even after games they can trade with the players on the other team creating a whole new level of sportsmanship, and camaraderie.
We have seen first hand how much the players enjoy this, and how much it SAVES the parents from costly pins that average almost $3 each with shipping and design costs.

Hi everyone, and welcome to the 2026 Pensacola World Series Week 2 (June 23-28)
Here at the Southeast office, we wanted to personally reach out and tell you that we look forward to hosting your group this summer, and giving you the World Series experience you are looking for and deserve.
As we approach the date, I also wanted to get you over some details about this event that you might've not heard about yet, but certainly will be happy to!
Before we get into activities, let's talk about the swag each player will receive before ever stepping on a field! All players will get a custom bag tag, a commemorative trading pin, and their very own trading cards! These 3 items are custom made specifically for the event this week, and even personalized for the players.
Down the road, parents will be able to email in the information needed for players to have their custom cards created.
Next is the skills competition and opening ceremonies on Tuesday, June 23rd. Players can sign up individually for any of the skills competitions they want, and compete for a NEW Easton bat, or Rawlings glove. These links for signup will be added to the tournament event page prior to the event.
Once skills competition wraps up, we begin the parade of teams, and opening ceremonies party! Live DJ, catered food, and a party that will knock your socks off to get this event started is included for all players and coaches. Family and friends are more than welcome to rock the night away while players trade pins, and mingle with other kids from all over the country!
