Good Morning, Unfortunately Due to the weather over the last 24 hours and current field conditions The Town Of Wellington has informd us that all parks are closed and games are all cancelled for today. The Colts, Parks and Rec as well as FLETL and USSSA are committed to seeing this tournament finish what it started. We have been granted permission to possibly finish next Sunday February 25th from 8am till 10:30 pm. We will need to know from all coaches if you can finish the tournament asap. If we can not get teams to participate then we will go to the seeding as it stands currently. Thank you for everyones patience and we hope to get this done for the kids next Sunday!!

Afternoon, My apologies for taking a little longer then I promised. At this time unfortunately todays Playoff and Championship games are cancelled due to the current weather and field conditions at all Parks in Wellington. Our team is currently working on tomorrow's potential schedule with the hopes that the rain lets up and the fields are given an opportunity to be safe for the kids to compete on. This updated version should be out soon. Thank you for patience and we will be in touch as soon as possible.

Good Morning, As of 5:45 am all three locations Olympia Park, Village Park and Tiger Park are closed until further notice. An update will go out in another hour for afternoon and evening games possibility's. Please let your parents know to stay home at this time. Thank you.

Evening Coaches, Important reminder to please double check your score cards for pitching and final scores. We had quite a few coaches sign off on scores that were inaccurate or just not signed off at all. This is obviously very important so please make sure to double and triple check before before signing off. In addition remember to fill out the front and back of your cards in its entirety. Morning Coaches, Just a couple of quick announcements and park information for this weekend. Music speakers are allowed, coolers can be brought in but we encourage that parents support the concession stands since this is a fundraiser for the Colts as well. No Gate entry fees will be collected at any location and individual pop up tents will not be permitted due to walking space. Finally our entire staff, the Wellington Colts and The Town of Wellington have worked tirelessly to bring you all the best event possible and to accomodate as many requests as we possibly can which is never an easy task. We do ask for your patience with scheduling and possible changes so we can make things run as best as possible given any and all situations that may come up. We thank all teams and families for your support and encourage you to enjoy the weekend especially our opening ceremonies Friday Night starting at 5pm. Thank you and see you on the diamond!!

Good Evening Coaches, Unfortunately we had a team in the 12u Open division that had to drop out of the tournament due to a series of unfortunate injuries. We wish the players a speed recovery. This being said the 12u Open pool has changed a bit and is officially live again on the app. Lastly I have received a few calls concerning the 7u bracket play schedule. Let me assure you that myself and our entire staff always makes all your players health our top priority and will monitor every division teams amount of games in one day. Good Morning Coaches, At this point all tournament fees are due by end of day today. Currently we are finalizing tournament shirts with team names on the back and heading into scheduling this week. We ask that you please pay those fees if you haven't already via the usssa website and Wellington Classic event. Game balls will be included and umpire fees will be paid at the plate by each team. 7 & 8u - 50.00 total 9 thru 12u - 55.00 dollars per ump 13 & 14u - 60.00 dollars per ump Lastly Lineup cards will be given out for each game. As previously mentioned we are currently at capacity and will need all the teams who are still wanting to participate in the Wellington Classic Event in support of the Wellington Colts will need to pay fees by today. Good Afternoon Coaches, 24 short days left till opening night of the Wellington Classic. Currently sitting at 89 teams and on a waiting list. We are currently asking with respect to the Wellington Colts that all teams who have yet to pay for your event fee do so by Friday January 26, 2024. Again this is a fundraiser for the Colts 12u trip to Coopertown and every dollar counts for the kids and families. Lastly for team’s traveling a good distance we did manage to get a group rate for 149.00 a night and we are including the group rate link.
