WELCOME TO THE PENSACOLA BEACH WORLD SERIES WEEK 1 – JUNE 16-21, 2026

With over 20 years experience running USSSA events, our staff provides the experience you have been looking for.

Year over year teams travel from all over the country to play in Pensacola, and at the beautiful John Jones Complex, also known as NEP.

Our offices run events  at this complex all year long, and can tell you it is one of a kind, with 20 fields in one location.   

These fields are also meticulously cared for, which allows us to get back to play quickly whenever it rains, a real key for Florida in the summer.

We start with skills competition and opening ceremonies on Tuesday  June 16th.  Players can sign up individually for any of the skills comps they want, and compete for a NEW Easton bat, or Rawlings glove.  These links for signup will be added to the tournament event page prior to the event.

we end skills competition around 3pm, so players and families can get to the Blue Wahoos stadium where the opening ceremonies, and parade of teams will take place prior to the start of the professional baseball game between the Wahoos, and the Barons. Once the parade finishes, teams are escorted into the USSSA sections of seating to meet up with their friends and family, for the start of the game.

its a very cool experience for players to walk onto the field with thousands of fans cheering them on , We sell the stadium out every year!!

Wednesday morning starts pool play at 8am.  Teams will play 2 days of pool play before moving into true double elimination bracket play on Friday. 

Brackets are split based on pool play results, allowing teams of all classifications to land in the appropriate bracket to compete for a World Series title.   As an example a 24 team division will be split into 3 sets of 8 team brackets.  typically each 8 team bracket will all have a similar pool play record, which creates like skilled bracket play for a chance to win a  World Series title.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each bracket, receive World Series rings, and custom World Series banner.   Additionally each team receives 3 MVP coins that we award to the 3 players  that are the MVP for that team during the event, regardless of finish. 

FAQ:

Whats included? – Umpire fees, baseballs, commemorative player swag, and tickets for players and coaches to the Wahoos game, which includes a meal. 

Do we have to stay at a certain property or pay a fee to opt out?  NO, you may stay wherever you like, and highly suggest looking into VRBO or Air bnb, as there are a ton of houses and properties within a close distance to the park.

Can we bring tents , and coolers? – Yes absolutely

When is payment due? – Full payment or a $300 non refundable deposit is due by Feb 15th, 2026.  the balance is due 60 days prior to the event (April 16th, 2026)  

Will there be World Series gear for sale? –  Yes we do make a commemorative World Series Dri Fit every year. We will post this info with the design, and team names on the back about 30-45 days prior to the event.  Parents, and teams can pre purchase them for pickup at the event. 

Will there be someone selling new bats or gloves at a discount? – Yes,  Easton/Rawlings, will be on site with heir mobile hit lab, passing their USSSA World Series discount to all teams in attendance 

Can you help us with lodging, entertainment, practice facility etc….? –  Yes, we absolutely can. We have a ton of partnerships in the area, and can get you everything from lodging deals, to facilities to practice or prepare at.  just let us know what you need, and we will do what we can to make it happen. We want Pensacola to be your new summer World Series location year over year!
