DINGER ALERT!!
Got a home run over the fence in video with an EASTON or RAWLINGS BAT? Head over to the hit lab and get yourself entered into the raffle for 10 bats AND an elite helmet sticker just for those players !! If you are not at Publix park , no problem. Just head over to that park after your games and see the EAATON folks

All 3 complexes have a no smoking policy, Please look for the dedicated areas AWAY from the fields.
Entry into the event for all spectators is $15 per day or $25 for the weekend pass.
PLEASE note, we are CASHLESS at the gate, but do not charge extra for this.
We just wanted to make sure everyone was aware, so you could plan accordingly.
children 12 and under are FREE.
Coaches DO NOT WAIT IN LINE, please see the site director for your coaches bands at the gate area.
These bands are for coaches on the field only.
Please note Publix park WILL allow us to open the gates at fields 10-12, so if you want to park down there it is available.
Coaches please check your rosters ASAP. make sure your players are listed on the roster visible online.
If parents have not approved the player this is OK, and is not required for them to be eligible.
As long as they are listed on your roster online, you are good.

The Southeast Region team is happy to welcome everyone to the 2026 Easton Rawlings Hype Tour in Beautiful Panama City Beach, FL.
The Easton Rawlings Team has some cool stuff planned, that we will be sending out in a separate notification, with all that info, so stay tuned and looking out for that tomorrow.
If you havent downloaded the USSSA app yet, please do so and make sure you are getting real time notifications, as this will be how we communicate this weekend with all participants, and fans.

TWO of our CO-HOSTS will be on site this weekend! look for Macaroni, and Nose Ring!!
There will be 3 facilities used on Saturday, and 2 on Sunday.
None of them allow outside food, and we apologize, but we would rather let you know now upfront then have someone upset at the gate.
Please note that Publix park doesnt allow metal cleats, seeds or shell products of any kind, gum, candy, or colored sports drinks.
They also are VERY strict on anything that has wheels. We have even seen them make kids take of their wheelies, so please do NOT bring those items to the park.
Southport is brand new, and we're excited to be the very first event EVER at this complex.

We are a little over 3 weeks away from what is shaping up to be the LARGEST baseball tournament in Panama City Beach history
Rawlings/Easton is providing demo bats in ALL dugouts at ALL complexes.
AAG is holding tryouts on site, and there is an Air Show.
Can we make it any more FUN???
