USSSA Thanks you for attending and participating in the Fort Walton Beach World Series. All Champion, Finalist, and MVP Pics we received have been posted to our Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/usssasports/ We have also added or are adding the MVP badges to all submitted MVP's to each players permanent USSSA profile. good morning. We are ready to go today and hope you are too !! As a reminder wrist bands must be worn to be valid. Treat your band like an $80 bill and don't lose it cause you will need to purchase another one if you do. putting it on is the only way to eliminate it from blowing away, going down the drain or your dog eating it. Also it is going to be HOT. Please drink plenty of WATER and start hydrated. See everyone soon.

good morning. It's finally here !!! Today will kick off in just over 3 hours at Navarre sports complex located at 8840 High School Blvd Navarre, FL. Skills competition and coaches check in starts at 12 noon. There will be separate tents for pass pickups. Please look for the first letter of your last name on the tent. Opening ceremonies and parade of teams will start around 430pm with players trading cards. Players will parade while the dj spins the tunes. All players and coaches will have a meal waiting for them when they finish the parade of teams courtesy of USSSA. We will see you after 12pm!!

Good morning The schedule is posted, and we are ready to watch these teams compete. here is the tournament site, with the schedule and other links you need. https://flbaseball.usssa.com/event/fort-walton-beach-world-series-2/ Daily entry fee into the complexes, is $25, and so you will see the play is to get the weekly pass. This is only $80, and give you $5 off per day of the daily band purchase. PLUS avoids delays into the park, just show and go.   By the way no team leaves before Sunday. The only CATCH is you must either order online, or purchase in person at the skills comp/coaches check in.  Either way the pass MUST be picked up Wednesday. IF you are not coming to that day, you will need to authorize someone to pickup your pass.   THIS IS IMPORTANT.   You have some family and fans who dont know this casue they arent getting these messages.  PLEASE  take a minute to make sure everyone on your team, and their folks coming to the games is aware, so we can avoid upset people. THANKS!!

Coaches this is a reminder of the  5pm (cst) meeting today. It Is  CENTRAL time, so if you are on east coast time, thats 6pm for you. THE MEETING IS ONLINE , not in person .... it's on TEAMS, so if you dont have the app download it.  if you dont want to thats fine it will allow you to connect through the browser. 1 coach per team, no room for more, we are sorry. If your organization head is the one listed in the system as the coach, then chances are your head coach isnt getting the link. Make sure you check with them to make sure they have it, and are attending. YES, for those who asked are we making a recap video this year. Good Morning A couple updates...... Schedules will be released at the coaches meeting. Coaches, you will get a separate invite for the meeting If you are ONLY viewing the tournament in the app, you are missing all the LINKS.  Parents are still emailing us looking for the info.  here is the actual tournament site. keep it handy.  if it doesnt have a link CUT AND PASTE IT https://wsbaseball.usssa.com/event-details/?event_id=30200&sid=20 Dri fit sales are closing, so if you wanted one, please make sure to order now. Pickup is anytime during the event at the merch tent. We do NOT stock them, and at most will have a couple extra in only a couple sizes, and those are literally gone before skills competition is over. So if you want one, please order online, and we will have it waiting for you. Also skills competition is sold out in some age groups, so if you are in an age group thats not sold out, you may want to jump in before it's too late. Lastly the weekly bands discount is also still available.  This will help you avoid the line at skills comp to buy them. These DISCOUNTED bands are only available online, or at skills competition.  ALL bands must be picked up at the skills competition. Have a great weekend!!!

If you still need rooms, check with our partner hotel listed on the tournament site.  they still have rooms, and are close to the action. Easton Rawlings will be on site all days including skills competition offering sick trade ins, and deals for all participants in the event. Please feel free to stop by their hit lab and check it out. Schedules will be released at the coaches meeting.  We know everyone is excited and wants to see who and when they play. Our policy has always been to release at the coaches meeting so we can go over important items with all of the team managers/owners. Please make sure the manager/owner is in attendance, we will send the link to you directly. this will be a REMOTE meeting We will tell you from a  scheduling standpoint, we ALWAYS start games at 8am, and try to get EVERYONE in and out of the park as early as possible so you can enjoy the area. Day 1 of pool play is always the longest, but weather could change that and we will make adjustments to allow ALL games to be played. We do not take schedule requests, and all matchups are based on points, with an occasional correction based on geography, as we know you  dont want to travel across the country to play a team up the road. We award World Series Rings to champions, 2nd and 3rd place for ALL brackets. This ALSO will be a 3  MVP coin event, which means each team will have 3 players recognized and will receive the coveted USSSA MVP coin. Good Morning We have had a few questions about gate passes, VS buying them daily.  Yes ALL teams will play Sunday (4 days) IF you have the week  band there is  NO WAIT,  EASY!! IF not, you will have to stop and buy bands, and  it can sometime back up, which will  take a while to get into the park.  its not a big deal, but some folks mention they wish they knew that before. We are sharing the cheat code  with you now. We will also share with you that there will be a LONG line to purchase these bands at skills competition. SAVE yourself the aggravation and preorder so that you can  pick them up at tables based on your last name.   These weeklong bands can only be purchased online, or in person at the skills competition July 1st.  The bands can also only be picked up on July 1st at skills competition.   Speaking of skills comp we have  a couple events that are almost sold out, We only have so much time and space. Again we do not accept walkups for skills comp and must be signed up on line Dri Fits that were ordered, can be picked up at the merch tent any day during the event starting at skills competition July 1st Online orders are CLOSING Monday June 15th   Did yo get your player cards?  If not see your team manager/owner as they have the link for you, and time is ticking.

Hello and welcome to the USSSA FORT WALTON  BEACH WORLD SERIES We will begin to communicate with Everyone through this channel over the next several months leading up to this spectacular event. As a reminder deposits, or payment in full is due by Feb 26th. We have begun the process of designing the SWAG for the players, as well as our custom event dri fit. We also have announced that we are including for all players a set of trading cards for them to trade with other players in the event from all over the country, and world. Every year players mingle at opening ceremonies and trade team pins. it's a highlight of the event. This year we have (we think) created a way to take this to the next level with trading cards. To make it happen, We are actually including a set of trading cards FREE for every player in the event to highlight them and who they are. Players from all teams will receive these cards, to trade them with other players , and have a real trading card they can collect like any other baseball cards. Pins are great, BUT Imagine you traded cards with the next Shohei Ohtani or Bryce Harper, or even made a baseball friend in a different land. how cool that would be?   Players can collect them throughout the event, and even after games they can trade with the players on the other team creating a whole new level of sportsmanship, and camaraderie. We have seen first hand how much the players enjoy this, and how much it SAVES the parents from costly pins that average almost $3 each with shipping and design costs. Hi everyone, and welcome to the 2026 Fort Walton Beach World Series (July 1-5) Here at the Southeast office, we wanted to personally reach out and tell you that we look forward to hosting your group this summer, and giving you the World Series experience you are looking for and deserve. As we approach the date, I also wanted to get you over some details about this event that you might've not heard about yet, but certainly will be happy to! Before we get into activities, let's talk about the swag each player will receive before ever stepping on a field! All players will get a custom bag tag, a commemorative trading pin, and their very own trading cards! These 3 items are custom made specifically for the event this week, and even personalized for the players. Down the road, parents will be able to email in the information needed for players to have their custom cards created. Next is the skills competition and opening ceremonies on Wednesday, July 1st. Players can sign up individually for any of the skills competitions they want, and compete for a NEW Easton bat, or Rawlings glove. These links for signup will be added to the tournament event page prior to the event. Once skills competition wraps up, we begin the parade of teams, and opening ceremonies party!
