updated brackets have been posted. 13u has no changes per previous email.
9u,10u and 11u will play same as previous email with the following change. All semi final games will now be normal
Inning and time limit.

update
The city has said 2 of the fields will not be avail tomorrow and one won't be avail till afternoon. We are still pumping water and anything is possible but to make sure everyone has a plan for tomorrow we wanted to make a plan and get it out to everyone.
Based on where teams played today and matrix of teams we have had to make the tough decision to cancel the 12u division all team fees will be refunded immediately in the system.
For the 9,10, 11u and 13u we will have the schedule
Up shortly.
9,10 and 11u will play one pool play game that will be a half game. Normally we are 1 hour 30min or 6 innings. Tomorrow it will be 45min or 3 innings.
There is an uneven amount in the 9's and 10's so there will be one team in each that gets one extra pool Play game.
For those teams we will count the first game you play in pool play for your seeding.
After pool play , teams will be split into brackets and will play elimination brackets at the same 45min or 3 innings until championship games
Those will be normal championship time and innings.
For 13u it will be. 54/80 and you will play 1 pool play game at 4 innings or 50 min whichever comes first.
After that pool play you will go into bracket play with normal innings and time.
For gate We will be doing $10 per person gate fee tomorrow since most folks want the weekend gate fee and we don't want it affect that.

update. 5 Fields are good to go for tomorrow however we are still currently pumping the other 3 now.
we are working on maximizing games played for you but will still need a little time to know what we will have in fields available. We will have an update shortly.

weather update.
With the rain stopping we are able to let the water drain some and start our process with the city on getting fields ready for tomorrows play. Once we know more with the fields we will be able to release a plan for Tomorrow.

weather update
With the steady rain coming down the city has said we cannot get out on these fields anytime soon. With more rain coming we are going to cancel todays games and work on a schedule for tomorrow once all the rain passes through and we can work on the fields. Will will keep everyone updated but plan on early this afternoon hearing back with the schedules and plan for tomorrow.

weather update. Fields 6,7 &8 are delayed till 12pm.
Fields 1,3,4&5 are delayed another hour to a 1030am earliest start as of now. We are monitoring the fields with the city on site and will continue updates. Right now the rain is still coming down. We will have another update at 8am or sooner

weather update. It's currently raining at the fields. We are going to delay fields 1,3,4&5 right now another 30min with another update coming in 30min.

weather update. All games on fields 6. 7 and 8 are delayed. Games on these 3 fields will not start earlier than 1030am.

good afternoon
We have had several calls and texts about the potential weather this weekend.
We have spoke with the city and are confident between the pumps, turface and man power that we can navigate the weather. We will also continue to communicate via our app and email system to keep everyone updated real time with any info we have.
