as we wrap up skills competition here is the plan for this evening.
Players and coaches will meet at the wahoos stadium at 430 on the first base side of the exterior to the stadium. Players will trade cards and get assembled for the parade which will start at 530pm. Parents the gates will open early for you so you can get into position. Any questions reach out

YOU MADE IT!!!!
We are super excited to kick things off today, and look forward to seeing you and your squad out at the fields, and at the WAHOOS stadium later this afternoon.
First and foremost , please again remind ANYONE who bought a week long pass, that they HAVE to either pick it up today, or email us to authorize someone to pick it up for them. We wont even have these bands tomorrow, so if they are not picked up today they are gone, and non refundable. SO, please let's make sure everyone gets them.
Skills comp check in , Pass pickup, pass purchase, and coaches check in will all be under a tent, by the USSSA flags in the center of the complex, in front of the white building. Each tent will be marked.
We are allowing skills competition registration on site today.
players can go anytime they are ready.
Dri fits that were pre ordered ONLY will be available for pickup today too. These will be at the merch tent. Only the person who purchased these shirts can pick them up. However they will be available all week to pick up.
we open at 10am, and ask you please refrain from coming into the park till we are ready. Thanks and we look forward to seeing everyone soon

ALSO here are some answers to some questions we keep getting:
Players can show up ANYTIME between 10am, and 3pm on Tuesday to do skills competition.
They do not have to pick a time to compete, and just show and go.
Skills Comp 10am-3pm on Thursday , which is also same time as coaches check in. Registration is still open
Pre purchased weekend passes MUST be picked up on Tuesday and there is no exceptions. PLEASE make sure anyone who has one either shows up, or authorizes someone to pick them up for them. We also will be selling weekend passes on Tuesday during skills competition.
Tournament DRI FITS that were preordered will be available for pickup on Tuesday at skills comp , as well as the rest of the weekend at the merch tent by the usssa flags.

$20 per day gate entry its a great deal to get 5 days for $80!!
You can only buy them online or day of skills competition.
IMPORTANT!!! ALL PASSES MUST BE PICKED UP ON TUESDAY AT SKILLS COMP/COACHES CHECK IN.
If you want to authorize someone to grab them thats fine, but they must be picked up Tuesday.

Hi everyone, and welcome to the 2026 Pensacola World Series Week 3 (July 7-12)
Here at the Southeast office, we wanted to personally reach out and tell you that we look forward to hosting your group this summer, and giving you the World Series experience you are looking for and deserve.
As we approach the date, I also wanted to get you over some details about this event that you might've not heard about yet, but certainly will be happy to!
Before we get into activities, let's talk about the swag each player will receive before ever stepping on a field! All players will get a custom bag tag, a commemorative trading pin, and their very own trading cards! These 3 items are custom made specifically for the event this week, and even personalized for the players.
Down the road, parents will be able to email in the information needed for players to have their custom cards created.
Next is the skills competition and opening ceremonies on Tuesday, July 7th. Players can sign up individually for any of the skills competitions they want, and compete for a NEW Easton bat, or Rawlings glove. These links for signup will be added to the tournament event page prior to the event. We end skills competition around 3pm, so players and families can get to the Blue Wahoo's stadium.
For the opening ceremony, players will arrive a couple hours before the game and meet outside the right side of the stadium to trade pins, and mingle with players from all over the country. Then, prior to the start of the professional baseball game between the Wahoo's and the Barons, players will get to wal
