The county has officially closed two of the fields tomorrow at Drummond based on the amount of rain they received today. Unfortunately those fields do not have the same clay mix that the rest of the complex has, and they just wont be ready.
NO PROBLEM
we have made some adjustments to fields and times to make it happen on the rest of the fields.
We want to make sure you knew before the brackets are posted for your age group, so please check them out.
There isnt alot of changes just a few.
We will have brackets posted as each age groups finishes.

USSSA ********ENTRY INTO THE COMPLEX TODAY********
Just a couple helpful tidbits on getting into the complex seamless today.
There are TWO entrances to the facility.
one is 555 E Nine Mile Rd
the second is off Airway Dr
If you see one is backed up you may want to try the other. Typically the entrance on Airway Dr is backed up, so just keep that in mind as you make your way here.
We also want to get you in as quick as possible if EVERYONE in the car has their weekly bands already.
If you do, or you are a COACH , please look for the attendant looking for folks in the cars with bands already. they will waive you in the second lane of traffic into the complex.
This will allow us to move traffic quickly, and efficiently.
PLEASE do not just drive up the second lane and wait to be waived in.
if you need a daily band or anyone in the vehicle needs a daily band,
please be patient, we have plenty of staff and we will get you through the line as quick as possible.

also for players trading cards we suggest all players bring them to pool play games and can trade with other teams during those times. Coaches please be patient as players mingle to trade.
We don't want to cause disruptions but want to encourage trading so players who have cards can still get to meet and trade with other players.

The wahoos wanted to let everyone they are honoring all tickets for any game anytime this season. As well any players or coaches that want to attend any of the games before they depart town can do so by going to the box office and letting them know you are with the USSSA World Series. They will give you the ticket we paid for. They will also issue all coaches, players and fans who purchased tickets for the opening ceremonies a free ticket with the meal voucher that was with your tickets for tonight's game that was cancelled.

Easton Rawlings will be on site all days including skills competition offering sick trade ins, and deals for all participants in the event. Please feel free to stop by their hit lab and check it out.
Schedules will be released at the coaches meeting. We know everyone is excited and wants to see who and when they play.
Our policy has always been to release at the coaches meeting so we can go over important items with all of the team managers/owners.
Please make sure the manager/owner is in attendance, we will send the link to you directly. this will be a REMOTE meeting
We will tell you from a scheduling standpoint, we ALWAYS start games at 8am, and try to get EVERYONE in and out of the park as early as possible so you can enjoy the area.
Day 1 of pool play is always the longest, but weather could change that and we will make adjustments to allow ALL games to be played.
We do not take schedule requests, and all matchups are based on points, with an occasional correction based on geography, as we know you dont want to travel across the country to play a team up the road.
We award World Series Rings to champions, 2nd and 3rd place for ALL brackets.
This ALSO will be a 3 MVP coin event, which means each team will have 3 players recognized and will receive the coveted USSSA MVP coin.
These players will be featured on our socials, and the award added to the permanent USSSA player profile online that will follow them their entire baseball career.

Good Morning
We have had a few questions about gate passes, VS buying them daily. Yes ALL teams will play Saturday (4 days) , and when the brackets are released you will see in most cases it is ONLY 1-2 teams from each bracket who are eliminated from playing on Sunday.
However the REAL value, if you have never been to this park, is that there is a road gate both ways into the facility.
IF EVERYONE in the car has a weak band there is a line that we wave you in. NO WAIT, EASY!!
IF not, you will have to stop and buy bands, and it can sometime back up, which will take a while to get into the park. its not a big deal, but some folks mention they wish they knew that before.
We are sharing the cheat code with you now.
Yes if your team makes it to Sunday you got a deal, but regardless having the weeklong pass makes entry quick.
We will also share with you that there will be a LONG line to purchase these bands at skills competition. SAVE yourself the aggravation and preorder so that you can pick them up at tables based on your last name.
These weeklong bands can only be purchased online, or in person at the skills competition June 16th.The bands can also only be picked up on JUNE 16th at skills competition.
Speaking of skills comp we have a couple events that have sold out, and the rest are down to the wire. We only have so much time and space.
Again we do not accept walkups for skills comp and must be signed up on line

BLUE WAHOOS UPDATE FOR PENSACOLA BEACH WORLD SERIES
Good Morning:
If you were struggling to purchase multiple tickets yesterday, you were not alone.
Blue Wahoos staff stated that there was a glitch in the code for several of the sections, and that late last night they were able to fix it.
this doe not affect tickets already purchased, but now should eliminate the issue with wanting to buy multiple tickets at once.
Sorry for the inconvenience and all should be good now.

Yes there is a limit for spots in the skills competition and will close off once we hit that number
Trading card links were sent to the head coach or manager on file for your team. please let them know they have this link and to check their spam filter from an email from our admin office.

Wahoos Tickets for players and coaches are included and you do not need to include them in your ticket count.
Yes the tickets for players and coaches do include a meal at the stadium
Yes the players will meet in a separate area, and will trade playing cards and mingle before they parade on the field.
Yes if you want to be in the stands and watch the opening ceremony you will need a ticket to the game.
Tickets you can buy will either be GA (general admission) whcih means everyone picks their seats when they arrive first come first serve.
Reserved means you have assigned seats.
Additionally the wahoos have a select inventory of suites, and private party areas.

YES ALL teams will play Saturday , so by purchasing the weekly pass you are saving the $20 entry fee for Sunday for the teams who make it to Sunday.

Hello and welcome to the
USSSA PENSACOLA BEACH WORLD SERIES WEEK 1
We will begin to communicate with Everyone through this channel over the next several months leading up to this spectacular event.
As a reminder deposits, or payment in full is due by Feb 16th.
We have begun the process of designing the SWAG for the players, as well as our custom event dri fit.
We also have announced that we are including for all players a set of trading cards for them to trade with other players in the event from all over the county, and world.
Every year players mingle at opening ceremonies and trade team pins. it's a highlight of the event.
This year we have (we think) created a way to take this to the next level with trading cards.
To make it happen, We are actually including a set of trading cards FREE for every player in the event to highlight them and who they are.
Players from all teams will receive these cards, to trade them with other players , and have a real trading card they can collect like any other baseball cards.
Pins are great, BUT Imagine you traded cards with the next Shohei Ohtani or Bryce Harper, or even made a baseball friend in a different land.
how cool that would be?
Players can collect them throughout the event, and even after games they can trade with the players on the other team creating a whole new level of sportsmanship, and camaraderie.
We have seen first hand how much the players enjoy this, and how much it SAVES the parents from costly pins that average almost $3 each with shipping and design costs.

Hi everyone, and welcome to the 2026 Pensacola World Series Week 1 (June 16-21)
Here at the Southeast office, we wanted to personally reach out and tell you that we look forward to hosting your group this summer, and giving you the World Series experience you are looking for and deserve.
As we approach the date, I also wanted to get you over some details about this event that you might've not heard about yet, but certainly will be happy to!
Before we get into activities, let's talk about the swag each player will receive before ever stepping on a field! All players will get a custom bag tag, a commemorative trading pin, and their very own trading cards! These 3 items are custom made specifically for the event this week, and even personalized for the players.
Down the road, parents will be able to email in the information needed for players to have their custom cards created.
Next is the skills competition and opening ceremonies on Tuesday, June 16th. Players can sign up individually for any off the skills competitions they want, and compete for a NEW Easton bat, or Rawlings glove. These links for signup will be added to the tournament event page prior to the event. We end skills competition around 3pm, so players and families can get to the Blue Wahoo's stadium.
For the opening ceremony, players will arrive a couple hours before the game and meet outside the right side of the stadium to trade pins, and mingle with players from all over the country. Then, prior to the start of the professional baseball game between the Wahoo's and the Barons, players will get to
