Good afternoon.
We are excited to be able and pull off this weekend.
Everyone is excited to get back to some normalcy and for sure the kids are ready to play.
We want to thank our city and park partners personally for the efforts this week that were top level in the ability for us to host this event.
We also want to thank everyone for their kind words and encouragement as well as your patience as we worked through all that we did.
Now it?s time for Baseball !!!
******Important note ******
All pool play games tonight and tomorrow are 1 hour 30 minutes for all age groups.
We will have normal time limits on Sunday for bracket play.
Most parks will have concessions.
The following will not
Putnam
Palm
SJWAA
There will be concessions at west park this evening but there will not be concessions this evening at canal park or Putnam park.

we have posted 13AA, 13AAA, 14AA, and 14Open.
We are awaiting final word for the field that 13u major is on. Once we have that we will give the final update and hopefully the schedule for that division.

Good Morning
As of right now, we believe we have 4 of the 5 divisions for 13u, and 14u placed for this weekend. we are awaiting a couple more calls, that if they go well we will have all 5 divisions.
we are on it, and laser focused. We will hopefully have great news shortly.

Good Evening
we have finished the schedules for 9u-12u, and they will be posted shortly.
For the 13u-14u divisions, we are still working on it.
We just are waiting on a few parks and partners to let us know if they are able to move things around, and or get the facility ready for the weekend.
We feel confident we will have the 13-14u divisions in some capacity this weekend, we are just working a little harder to try and make sure it includes everyone.
once we have the final word for the 13u and 14u divisions, we will relay that to you, and release those age groups immediately.

Good afternoon
we have secured additional fields and have begun working on the schedule for 9-12u.
We still are short on the fields for 13, and 14u, but are working through that as well.
we will communicate an update for 13/14u ASAP
VERY IMPORTANT**** if you have sent any messages, emails, or called Tim for any requests or info he did not receive them, and we do not have them here at the office. Tim is on medical leave, and unable to respond , we are sorry but you will need to send them again to [email protected]
we will try our best to honor any requests , but most likely we will not be able to honor them all.
we apologize in advance as we are trying very hard to make sure everyone has a place to play this weekend.

We currently have several municipalities, and groups working on solving our field shortage.
we hope to have more concrete info for you by early tomorrow morning.
we are optimistic that we will be able to pull off the event this weekend , based on initial responses from our park partners
we know everyone is eager to get back after it, and we are pulling out all the stops to try and accommodate that for you.

Good evening.
We hope that you , your family , friends and pets are safe after the storm.
It has been a real trying time for everyone as we slowly get back to normal.
we have received a lot of questions about next weekends event and promised we would share with you updates as we receive them from our parks.
We have lost a few facilities due to those municipalities closing their parks for the upcoming week or so
Although there may not be damage to these facilities, the city staff is stretched super thin with all the storm cleanup.
We understand if your team cannot make it , and will process any refunds immediately no problem just let us know.
We also understand that some teams are hoping to play this upcoming weekend and we will do whatever we can to try and make that happen.
we are looking at options to accomplish this including things like Friday night pool play games as well as additional facilities.
Once we have a clear understanding we will be able to start sharing a more definitive plan with you.
For now any coach, manager or authorized team administrator we ask that you let us know your team?s status and as well
Your availability to play Friday nightpool play games.
